Payment and Cancellations
-A $100 non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is required at the time of booking for microblading in order to secure your appointment. This deposit is to ensure we respect your time as well as ours when committing to an appointment time. Your $100 deposit will be applied toward your final balance – due on the day of your appointment. Your final balance must be paid in full in the form of cash or credit.
-In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your microblading appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If 48 hours (2 days) notice is not provided, your deposit will be forfeited and any future appointment will require a new deposit.
-If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and any future appointment will require full payment to book. If you fail to show up to your 6-8 week complimentary touch up session following your initial procedure, your complimentary touch up will be forfeited and any future touch up session will require payment.
Timing and Children
-Please arrive on time for your appointment. We respect each client’s time and expect the same courtesy. If you arrive late it will potentially set the following client’s appointment back. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and forfeit your deposit if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
-Please do not bring your children to your microblading appointment. We need full concentration and a quiet environment to provide each client with exceptional service. We appreciate your understanding!
