Microblading permanent eyebrow makeup in Orlando

What is Microblading?

Microblading is a form of semi-permanent makeup that creates beautiful, natural looking eyebrows with a precise handheld microblade. It is perfect for those who have minimal eyebrow hair and or those who want to define, darken or reshape their brows with lasting results. Each individual hair is created using a pigment and disposable handheld blade and drawn on using a unique stroke to flow with your natural hair. If you want to wake up every morning with beautiful, full looking natural brows, then microblading is for you.

How long does the procedure take and does it hurt?

The entire process can take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. During your appointment you will fill out paperwork, have a consultation to determine the perfect brow shape and pigment color, take before and after pictures, and numb your brows for the microblading. The numbing will take about 15 minutes and the microblading will take 45 minutes to an hour depending on the person and brows desired. Each person’s sensitivity varies, so some may feel slight discomfort. We use a topical anesthetic for the numbing, so you will not feel much during the procedure. Creating the perfect brow shape takes time and patience and we strive to make each client as happy as possible with their results.

What is the healing process like?

During the healing process (5-10 days) post microblading, your eyebrows will scab where each hair stroke was drawn on. This may cause your eyebrows to look darker and thicker and make them appear more dramatic than how they will once they area healed. Your brows will lighten and possibly peel as they heal. Because everyone heals differently, you may need to come back for a touch-up after 6-8 weeks from your original appointment.

How long does microblading last?

Depending on each individual's skin type, skin texture, and lifestyle, microblading can last anywhere between 1-3 years. Everyone's skin type is different and microblading tends to fade much faster on someone with oilier skin. The dryer the skin, the longer the microblading will last. Overexposure to sun and antiaging skincare products may also make your eyebrows fade faster. Some people may require occasional touch ups to keep their brows looking fresh and full. Also, for clients that choose a softer look and lighter color shade initially or those who did not follow the aftercare instructions properly may require more frequent touch ups.

Can you guarantee results?

Microblading is different for everyone, but cannot be guaranteed as it is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure. We use quality products and the best techniques therefore generally creating amazing results, however due to different skin types, healing, or lack of aftercare, results may vary. Each person heals differently, which is why we encourage a touch up to help ensure longer lasting brows. *We do not offer a refund since we carry out the service at a cost to us.

Semi-permanent vs permanent?

Technically, semi-permanent micro-pigmentation is considered permanent because the color is implanted into the upper dermal layer of the skin and cannot be washed off. However, the pigment is implanted more superficially and does not go as deep into the dermis as a traditional tattoo would resulting in it fading over time. Traditional tattooing implants pigment at least 7 layers deep into the skin, making it last much longer and is also more damaging to the skin. Microblading pigment is only implanted 3 layers deep into the skin, and in very fine lines which fade evenly over time.
